Welcome to SouthPaw-Knives, my name is Ira. I make custom pocket knives for lefties and righties. This part-time hobby business began by customizing production right hand knives to make them lefty friendly.

After a couple of years I decided to make my own left hand knives from scratch. My goal was to provide left handed folks like me with the joy of owning a custom made knife.

Please note that SouthPaw-Knives is a HOME SHOP, custom knives are made BY HAND, NOT MASS PRODUCED, knives are ONE OF A KIND, Fit and Finish vary from knife to knife. Custom blades are professionally heat treated and cryogenically tempered by Texas Knife Supply. Knives pictured on these pages are prototypes and can be duplicated on request, of course price depends on materials.
