Each knife is ONE OF A KIND, no computer controlled equipment, all done by hand. If you want a perfect blemish free knife there are many hi-tech knifemakers to choose from, but if you want something TRULY UNIQUE that you can't get from the cookie cutter companies, you've come to the right place.

A word about Edge setup (sharpness) - I put a working edge on my knives, not a shaving edge. There are a myriad of sharpener available to knife folks, I make no claim in that arena. I sharpen by hand on a belt grinder.

All Knives or Sheaths can be made for RIGHT or LEFT hand use.

The Saga Continues

After a couple of years I decided to make my own left hand knives from scratch. My goal was to provide left handed folks like me with the joy of owning a custom made knife.

Please note that SouthPaw-Knives is a HOME SHOP, custom knives are made BY HAND, NOT MASS PRODUCED, knives are ONE OF A KIND, Fit and Finish vary from knife to knife. Custom blades are professionally heat treated and cryogenically tempered by Texas Knife Supply. Knives pictured on these pages are prototypes and can be duplicated on request, of course price depends on materials.
